TRACKING DEER with a THERMAL DRONE

A training flight using a DJI Mavic 3T thermal drone to search for lost animals presented an unexpected but welcome opportunity to practice tracking using the thermal and visual cameras on a live subject.
As you will see, the deer seemed to be completely unaware of the presence of the drone, and if it was it certainly wasn't disturbed by it's presence.
As well as some valuable practice, it was fascinating watching a wild animal go about it's day from a unique vantage point.
