I’m not a meteorologist but I gave it a 90% chance since 2 days ago. These weather folks wait until the storm is pretty much formed already before they start announcing anything. Kinda like a dr who waits until u actually show serious symptoms of a disease before they diagnose u even if they suspect u had it long before.
