Personally, I try to turn about 90° and then move forwards and backwards perpendicular to the booster direction and slowly make my way across the bosster that way.

My first TM game was TM Sunrise, I bought it from a school book fair as one of my first few PC games and I played the crap out of it, it was so much fun experiencing a new game and the mechanics were fun and rewarding when you improved your times. I lost track of the game for years, I saw a little bit of TM Nations hype but never played, then recently saw TM 2020 and since it is F2P had to pick it up. I hold some top 10 times for my state and top 500 times for US in the training and winter 2021 challenges. Now I've been watching TM videos again, especially you and riolu.
