That 24 year bold hoard eventually did pay off in a big way, and hay, pink wheels could be a thing. The lug-nut detail was a nice touch, looks like it just came out of the showroom. :)

There was much debate over whether the original was meant to be white or red, all pictures we looked up were different so went with what I thought was prettiest - lol

Hello from Scotland. Have you still got it? I am doing a bit of work on a 434 which a friend has bought. It has been painted really nicely but unfortunately some parts have not been replaced. Instead of the instrument shroud supporting the bonnet, the shroud is hanging off the bonnet meaning that the bonnet is resting on the fuel tank. I would very much appreciate it if you could post a clip of the shroud fixing brackets so that I can fabricate some new ones. Thank you, Jon

Hey just so you know we haven't forgotten about this lol - been having a full-on time with us all getting sick then Clint in hospital (fine now) but we've just now been looking through footage and can't find a shot of what you're after so will look at taking the cover off in the next week and get some shots & measurements ... Lovely job! You just degreased then repainted the existing finish, no sanding wire brush or anything? Which paint, thinner and ratios did you use?

Not sure if you've seen the previous videos but you'll see the whole process - we did sand back and rust-treat the whole thing with CRC Rust Converter Liquid. We bought the paint ready to go and found we didn't need to use thinner with it - it was White Knight Rust Guard primer in flame red (an Australian brand). Really hate using thinners! Does help that we did it at a warm time of year. Did 2 coats of paint on the main body and engine and some panels ended up doing four coats.

We got a Fiat 880 DT backhoe loader which i'm working on restoring with dad it runs and is useable but the electricity is mainly dead on it and it is missing a tachometer cable well the list on what it is missing or got broken is sorta long 😅
