I was going through a divorce when this came out. 7 years of my life waisted. But now I see it as a blessing. Back then I just couldn’t see it.

I heard "Wild Horses" by Garth Brooks the other day on a station that had never played ANY country, let alone 90s country before. It damn near made me misty eyed. I forgot that song. Now Im a 90s country fanatic on youtube

I can relate to this song when me and my husband first met we went through this kinda. Bc I had fell for another guy but it didn’t work out so I called my husband now but then just friend to tell Him I pretty much was interested still in him and four years later we got married and happy as ever. This song just reminds me of how me and my husband now got started

I started listening to country music in the mid 50's and it kept getting better down through the years. The music videos began and some like Tracy went all out to make a good story to go with the best music. This was the high water mark and then something happened. Now if I want to hear good music I have to go to KZbin or one of the few classic country music stations I can only get online. Radio is useless as far as I'm concerned.
