hey, fren! about losing your vision during cramps, you may actually be low on iron! because you're losing blood and blood has iron. I have anemia (which is kind of just a larger iron deficiency) and i get dizzy and black out too. i've even woken on the ground a couple times 😅😅 but yes! stay hydrated, and eat foods with iron!
