40 Minute No Repeat | All Standing | Low Impact Cardio HIIT - It was time for some fun and fast cardio today! This will be a no repeat session. Feel free to hold some light weights to kick up your heart rate even more in this all standing cardio HIIT workout!

Loved it, Tracy! I usually sneak in a few high-impact moves, but I kept it completely low-impact this morning. This is what my body was telling me it wanted. Using the hand weights and focusing on power through the legs kept my heart rate up. A nice and sweaty cardio session! 💦

That was an amazing low impact cardio hiit. I tried to be careful on my right side not overdoing the excercises. It went fine not intense though. I’m building up my strength again. The excercises are great to follow. I had a good time. Thank you Tracy. 👍💪❤️

Great workout and I always enjoy the little chat after. Nowadays we go to Quebec(from Ontario) and I'm always embarrassed my French is so lame. They switch so effortlessly. We winter in a Dutch country. And the Dutch switch to English so easy. It's crazy.

I love these!! I did swap to high impact in a few and heavier weights as I had a lot of negative energy to expel this am 😅. Really sweaty feel much better now, which is lucky for my family 😂 - thank you as always ❤❤❤❤

Nice variety of moves and easy to modify for more intensity. Note that the description above says it’s three 30 second rounds; it is indeed no repeat

Thank you for sharing with us. I’ve been on a roller coaster a bit of emotions. A lot of good changes in my life right now, but change is scary sometimes. I am also going on trip with my 4 year old daughter. Harvest season for my husband so he cannot go. I’m terrified of flying, but I am going to do this and be OK ❤ The workout was wonderful

Love the white pumpkin, is it real? I loved the no repeat workout. I used 5# weights, 99% of the time. Had to put them down for a few moves, but pushed myself to use them more than not.

This came at the perfect time for me. Suffering from pickle ball elbow. I held a weight in my left hand. Appreciated that the arm movements came from the shoulder. Definitely will be doing this one again later in the week. 🎉

What should my breathing pattern be? For example breathe ot when doing a punch? I feel like I'm suppose to breathe in and out for each repetition but that feels like I'm breathing too fast. Thoughts?

Breathing in a pattern is far more key when lifting weights/resistance training. When doing cardio simply breath however is more comfortable for you.
