Goodness! My arms are still shaking as I type! I've been away from weights while completing my January cycling challenge. What a brilliant weights workout to return to. Those effective reps are juicy! This one is a keeper. Cheers Tracy.

That was a fun challenge. That is my first time for effective reps. I enjoyed that. I used 5, 10, 12, 17, and 30 lbs for this workout. My left bicep was struggling. I had to stop frequently during the biceps. The 4th set really pushed me❤

Definitely a more challenging one with the 4 rounds! My arms are pumped and fried! That effective reps finisher really does it.

Fab workout. Struggled on the 4th round weight on the chest press and tricep extension, didnt quite make the 45secs. But loved the effective reps. Really good feel to my arms at the end. Hope you're feeling better. Thanks

Another good one, I loved the effective reps, liked being able to go at my own pace in those two minutes, was glad the last set was not military presses though.😆😜I am also recovering from being sick so this was just what I needed today. Thanks again Tracy!

First time doing 4 reps. Found it a little to tough for me. Also used a bench for the first time instead of the floor. Maybe it’s the combo of both. Feel better!

Is there an alternative to upright rows? I've heard several different/opposing form tips and they all feel not right 🫨 hope you're feeling better by the way! I just realized there aren't any upright rows in this workout, but I gotta ask things when I think of them or I'll forget 😅

Upright row it hitting lateral delt and anterior delt, so any other exercise that hits that: lateral raise, Arnold press, military press

@@TracySteenMoveDaily Tracy, sorry to hear your illness has carried on. I thought that could be a reason, but presumed you were feeling all better by now. I have been doing your older cardio workouts repeatedly, which I'm happy are available. It's just nice when there is something new with possibly some different moves to challenge the body. Wishing you a complete recovery.
