The US-Stock Mrkt had been on it’s longest bull-run in history, so the mass hysteria and panic is relatable considering we’re not accustomed to such troubled mrkts, but there are avenues lurking around if you know where to look. You should try reading Mark Douglas' book called Trading in the zone. I see resemblenses in all of Nick's psychology and those of Mark's book. Small 140 pages long and you can find a free PDF version on google somewhere :)

Sorry for the off-topic question. But you are the best person to reply. please reply. Spreads become unpredictably wide every day somewhere after the close of the US market. (When the market is very quiet.) Also, this happens On Friday closing and weekends. This widening of spread can destroy many potentially successful strategies. I have experienced this. The apparent solution is a zero-spread broker. (they only charge commission) There are many zero-spread brokers out there. Alex or Any experienced person can share experience who has tried a zero spread broker? Do they actually stay zero-spread at those market times? Thanks in advance

Pure gambling. Stop doing it. I was also there when I first started trading. It's the biggest waste of time and money, and the risk-to-reward is inverted, so you'll need a monster of a win rate to even be profitable in the long run.

@@statemoneyclaim8051 Oh, and please, don't listen to any other KZbinrs, except for Nick Shawn. Trust me, I've been through all the bs of trading. He is right when he says "keep things stupidly simple and control risk". Close a trade early if price is clearly going against your initial trade idea. Taking full stop outs because you have an "opinion" about the market is how you lose money. A trading strategy is only there to get you in the markets. If the market says "no", then listen to the market and exit your losing trade while the loss is still small. If the market says "yes", then hold your trade to take profit. You can learn to add to winners later. Remember, losing streaks happen, so make sure those streaks are small, because taking full stop outs will make it impossible for your account to bounce back from the losing streak.
