I’m definitely making this. You know I like to buy new things. Something about the purchase gives me a dopamine rush. But I try to restrict myself. I said I won’t buy a new Vitamix until it breaks. I’ve come to realise at this rate, I will never need a new vitamix. These things last forever.

Hi Prudie! If you say you won't buy another Vitamix until breaks then you probably will never buy another one. 😊. They outlast their warranties many times over. At the absolute most you will replace your container but you'll have that Vitamix motor base for a very long time. I know a few people that still use their same Vitamix from 20 years ago. Don't get too caught up in some of the fancier features, they all blend 100% the same.

Very easy. When you hear about fancy named recipes that originate from remote countries the immediate thought is they are perhaps too complicated to make. The cucumbers and the red wine vinegar give it such a fresh taste.
