The cheese not so much but thats your touch and i can respect that. Little known fact, Italian tomato sauce was inspired by this red sauce you make in all your videos. When the Spaniards arrived in Mexico, they saw the natives making tomato sauce with herbs and peppers. They tried it and liked it so much that they brought it back to Spain, along with some tomatoes (new world fruit). And before you know it, it spread to Italy and became what we now know as pasta and marinara sauce.

@qwerty1002945 жыл бұрын
Not racist at all. An example, it's Extremely difficult to get authentic Japanese food out side of Japan. If I see the chef is from Japan there is a much better chance they won't have changed the flavour profiles of the food to fit the western palate (as much) plus that they are more likely to use traditional Japanese techniques. USA is full of americanised Mexican food. Vast majority of the time you find Mexican in the states it won't be proper Mexican. Hence the hesitance in an American cooking there food.

Like all your videos and cooking I loved it. What impressed me most was how level that propane burner was when you cracked those eggs. That was dead level! I'm impressed!

I’ve been watching your videos and cooking aside, you inspire me to move to the Texas Hill Country side of Texas. My wife and I have been discussing moving out of Los Angeles for 2 years now for a better life for our children. I graduate this year and hope to find a job near Cedar Park/Round Rock Texas. Thats all we are waiting for. My kids would love a huge property like yours, and I’ve been wanting to buy me a horse too lol.

I'm cooking this tomorrow morning for my husband, looks delicious. I love that you do the traditional process without can stuff and short cuts, that recipe is straight mexican except for the cheddar cheese but that's optional and it looks good. Thanks for the recipe.

Although my Hispanic family doesn’t have the exact same recipe for Huevos Rancheros, it makes me smile that someone else that isn’t Hispanic has found a recipe and enjoys making them just as much as they enjoy eating it Keep up the good work pal, first time viewer and I’m definitely subscribing

Great job on your recipe it looks delicious and it must taste really good too. I make mine similar, the only difference is that I add cilantro to my salsa and I spread refried black beans on the corn tortilla before adding the fried egg, then I add the egg, salsa and sprinkle with Mexican cheese queso fresco. I made them this morning.

I loved the way you Title your pup.( security/Food critic ) jajajaja I am not a professional cook because I don’t have a degree to say I know how to cook. With that said I cook from my hart & soul I come up with lots of ideas. And that’s the reason of real good cooking.putting passion in it, and that’s what I see in you. It’s Like looking in the mirror. We like brothers from different mothers. But this lovely American country puts us together. I Enjoy very much all your videos. GOD Bless you and your family. Keep up the good cooking and I’ll do the same!

Chile is serious business in New Mexico, and most us have sauce recipes handed down from many generations ago. For my own family, we use only roasted New Mexican chile (there are dozens of registered and trademarked species of New Mexico chile, but the closest match outside of New Mexico would be an Anaheim chile).

Kent Rollins just wanna say I love your vids, thank for this recipe! Made this recipe the other day was delicious and still had a bunch of sauce left, so today I made breakfast burritos, diced up pre-cooked bacon and one jalapeno sauteed in butter added cilantro, scrambled eggs and added Mexican cheese blend and sweet habanero Cholula and leftover red sauce, then rolled a burrito and grilled in cast iron skillet with butter was amazing!
@devinunchained47725 жыл бұрын
Also made a mean omelette the other day, which would have been way better with this sauce, it had diced up jalapeno, bell peppers and cilantro with cheese blend and sweet hob Cholula sauce. Will make It again and add this sauce next time.
@devinunchained47725 жыл бұрын
You should make a Tex-Mex omelette video if you have not already. Also street tacos would be good too.
