Hi. Ye weight loss nahi hai. Kyu ki isme rice flour hai. Oats aur roti almost same hota hai. Aur rice flour se acha khasa weight gain hota hai. Baccho ke liye acha hai ye but jinko weigh loss karna hai unko isme rice flour nahi add karna chaiye. Isse acha aap isme ragi flour add kariye.

Oats is a complex carb so it's wayy better than Rice🤷 It'll digest slower and keeps the tummy full for a longer time so helps in maintaining calorie deficit. So let people do what they want and stop judging! Carbs are not bad for you.
