Hi Linda! I just discovered your channel and really enjoy watching. I am an old soul and live all things old and vintage. I am so excited to find a channel that speaks to all things I love and adore. As much as I can appreciate farm house decor, that is not my taste. It has been very difficult to find inspiration on You Tube that is vintage, classic American and traditional. I must confess I watch quite a few of your videos over and over. I realize that this particular one was made a while ago, so you may not check your comments. But I noticed on several of these homes that five little pumpkins were placed above the doors. I was wondering if there was a particular meaning for that, or just purely decoration?

Hi Shirley, I'm glad you reached out to ask. Since this is an old video, questions do get lost sometimes. So for the pumpkins, it is solely decorative and for the number, owners make their own choice and sometimes put as many as will fit, and odd numbers look good.
