modern cuisine and native nutrition.
I’m an explorer, going beyond the horizons to unearth the history of our very own
native food, and an adventurer, taking that daring leap to
combine the old with the new. I believe in creating dishes
that are nutritious and delicious, and the key to this is going
back to our rich heritage, our very own food culture, and
letting our ancestors inspire us as we move forward.
