My height increased after doing it. And I also noticed rapid hair growth because it causes rapid blood circulations in the whole body. I've been doing this for almost 2 months (Not everyday but I try to do it everyday). Thank you so so much ❤️ Alhamdulillah I'm very happy 😊 Many many best wishes for you guys 💞💞💞

How much of height was increased? Also, how many rounds did you do of this ?

are you for real? 😳
@saminsharar95243 жыл бұрын
@@mithalisanghvi140 I didn't measure. But not that much. As it stretches our body, the limbs get tugged and thus you may see yourself a little taller than before. That's what happened to me I think. And you might come back to your previous height if you don't continue. But certainly you'll be and you'll feel more fit. Most of the days I did at least 4 rounds per day.

The knee on the floor is so nice for people who are a bit overweight or lack strength. Thank you for showing how to connect the individual poses into a flow of movement. I am still not totally clear on the breath with the poses, but I really appreciate this video.
@neliaferreira99833 жыл бұрын
Usually, every time the movement is upwards or outwards (ex. opening arms, spreading legs), it is INhale because you are receiving the world/energy. And every time it is downwards or inwards (ex. knee to chest), it is EXhale, because you are squeezing the world/energy out. Like a balloon: air in it goes up and out/big, air out it goes down and in/small. Which means that the slower you do the poses, the slower you are breathing. And if you are breathing more rapidly, you have to match the poses rapidly as well. You can always stay in the pose while you catch your breath, cuz this is supposed to be relaxing, and not stressing over breathing. But also, yoga forces you to be aware of your breathing, which is a good thing. So just dance with it.

And for all you climate change deniers out there, just LOOK at this Brooklyn studio yoga! SEE how tropical Brooklyn has become?! Geez, Louise...! But seriously, thanks for this very clear depiction of this classic pose. It corresponds closely to what I remember having learned some fifty years ago at what was then simply billed as "Hatha" yoga. I think it was the only one that would now be called "flow", or perhaps"vinyasa" yoga.

Very few teach the Sun Salutation correctly. I would add that when you first begin, your hands are together and ready to take a deep breath in to raise your arms, that you always remember to exhale fully and with emphasis your old breath first BEFORE! It is there in the video but it can easily be missed as it goes by very fast even though you "mention" it. For any deep breath exercise it is always important to exhale what you already have in a deliberate way before taking your first deep inhale (as in this Sun Salutation)
