I am going to commit to 108 days of 21 rounds starting tomorrow. Today I did 7 rounds and have been alternating between that and 21 rounds on random days for the past few years (with months in between). Excited! Tomorrow is also 11/1 when I decided. Thanks Ajan!

I am loving this practice. ✨🙏🏻✨ I was just doing the 7 round video about 3 to 7 times a week for the past couple years. I have scoliosis and that felt like a lot for me. I have been inspired this month to attempt the 108 day challenge of the 21 rounds. As I have been doing this, I notice it does not as much feel like a chore to get to the mat and instead it's like my body wants it and knows it needs it. I now want to go to the mat. Can someone please tell me what is the significance of the number 108?

At sunrise is the best, but you may practice at any time as long as your stomach is not full.
