When I work traffic court in Illinois, they do call speeding tickets and other tickets, driving without a license, etc a misdemeanor. Therefore, they get public defenders

I don't think " Se le hizo una infraccion por pasarse un rotulo de un alto" is the right interpretation for "You are charged for an infraction for running a stop sign". An officer gives a ticket to a driver who commits an infraction. I have never heard in Spanish in Latin America police officers say "Le voy hacer una infraccion". La manera correcta de decirlo es "Se le dio una infraccion" o "Usted recibio una infraccion por pasarse un rotulo de una senal de un alto". A un conductor no se le hace una infraccion, el conductor comete una infraccion. I have never heard a police officer in Latin America say in Spanish " A usted se le hizo una infraccion", I have heard from police officers in Latin America say "Usted cometio una infraccion". I have never heard from a judge in Latin America read the charge of a traffic violation to the person who committed the traffic violation as "A usted se le hizo una infraccion", a judge will read the charge as "A usted se dio una infraccion" o "Usted recibio una infraccion". Historial: Conjunto de datos y circunstancias referentes a la actividad de una persona o de una entidad, ejemplo: Su historial academico es excelente.Antecedente: Lo que ha ocurrido antes y condiciona lo que ocurre despues; precedente: Me explico todos los antecedentes para que pudiera entender la situacion actual. crystal lopez I had the opportunity to take a court interpreter training session With SCSI. This gentleman is an excellent instructor and has a lot of experience interpreting. During the training sessions he does speak Spanish and it’s very impressive to see the knowledge and fluency he has. If you ever have a chance, take the SCSI training. Their online training is excellent.
