Traffic in Bangkok Thailand - waiting for the light to change

Downtown Bangkok. Rush hour traffic. Filmed with a GoPro Hero amzn.to/2OtPXSf (AD) I came upon this traffic light. I'm not sure how long it was red before I got there, but it took about 7 minutes to change while I watched. I'll never complain about a slow light in the US again.
It's amazing that no one was killed - or at least knocked over. The motorcyclists and scooters are crazy!

Been to Bangkok. Best city I've ever been in and I would risk my life all over again to go there again lol Place is so worth the shotty traffic. Especially if you aren't the one that's driving :)

Most accidents happened during Songkran, New Years, and long holiday Anyway, Thai road are still dangerous. There is word 'you can't drive in Thailand if you don't expert enough'.

Too funny! This is like a video game to see who and how many bikes can get through the traffic without getting hit. They keep getting closer and closer and then a few risk takers sneak by and then all of the sudden all the bikes cross at once. Then the game starts over.

Here in "Ontario" , Canada we are a population as of 2016 of 14 million people, there are 36000 vehicle deaths for that year .Thailand is a population of 63.40 million and 24000 deaths (up or down) every year , the math says it is more dangerous to drive my native land of Ontario .
