Great work. Just want to give you the correct terminology and you'll sound like a pro. What you're calling an end link is an outer tie rod. It threads onto the inner tie rod. "End link" is a shortened version of stabilizer bar end link. Which I'm sure you've seen. It connects the stabilizer or "sway" bar to the control arm.

Before to attached steering column to rack did you have to find straight wheel alignment first to assure full turn left and right?
@selbyhall31454 жыл бұрын
So I got the new rack in my truck but my steering wheel is free spinning. I'm 100% positive that I put everything back together properly. So what could the cause be and the best way to fix it. Only thing I can think of is I pulled the bar coming from the steering wheel to the rack down to get it to go into the rack easily. Is it possible that I pulled it out of a connection to the steering wheel 🤔?
