Im not as young or old and I barely missed out on the Bulls in the 90s and watched the early 2000s Lakers with Kobe and Shaq as a teen. As great as Kobe was and he definitely had some qualities like Mike, BUT there is no doubt and there is no debate on who the GOAT is and that is the one and only His Airness, Michael Jordan. When Lakers and Celtics dominated in the 80s, Jordan came into the scene in 84 and he was the GAME CHANGER in the NBA, taking it to another level never seen before. TaArxidaMou throughout his career, Jordan had elite role players around him plus a second star in Pippen. In LeBron’s first stint in Cleveland, he carried a team that had nobody good besides him all the way to the finals. Then, in his 2nd time in Cleveland, he led arguably the greatest comeback of all time against arguably the greatest team of all time. Not to mention, LeBron played in an era where the NBA boasted countless elite teams and still found success, going to 8 straight finals. Jordan on the other hand played in an era where the Bulls were the only superteam

Casey S. something tells me you never watched MJ. MJ was never getting out played against a player like Jason Terry
@caseys.14054 жыл бұрын
TaArxidaMou ur bringing up one bad game from LBJ. That’s not enough to say MJ’s the GOAT. LeBron was just as unstoppable. Take some of the Finals against an elite Warriors defense. When LeBron decides he wanted to play bully ball, the dubs were screwed for that possession

I'm 34 years old Jordan was the only person in the history of the game where you would only look at one person with ball or without ball for the entirety of the game. If you never watched Jordan on live tv when he was on the Chicago Bulls you would never understand. It behooves you to watch it!!!

I remember back then when it was dubbed The Last Dance. There's a lot of drama. Reinsdorf refused to pay Phil & Scottie. MJ hated Krause. Then we had Rodman's antics and his derogatory statements about Utah Mormons. 🍿

Richard Jefferson said that the hardest Finals opponent he ever faced were the 2002 Lakers over the 2017 Warriors and it's mainly because of Shaq. Well, Bulls swept the Magic in 1996 but people say they defeated nobody.
