Agreed... the fact that the Jeep driver wasn't present when Rory arrived lead me to believe that a trail fix wasn't gonna happen... even if Rory had the tool to remove the lugs, he wasn't expected to get it working enough to have it drive out.... Seeing how torqued over the wheel was from being pinched by that boulder (it looks like it was rotated at least 30 degrees along the axle from where the knuckle lines up) it was a Tetris puzzle just getting it un-hung in the first place (when that boulder loosened up, my mind went to that James Franco movie... take care Rory) Regardless, what's important to know here is that Trail Mater is a mobile repair shop for high end crawlers... and this crawler was proper jammed up... I typed out half of this shit before I even finished watching the vid... that's how excited I get for this content... To detect the cause of these problems from the forensic evidence you were provided was like watching the Sherlock Holmes of overlanding mechanics. You had that shit figured out at the first pan of the camera. Truth. Good to know there are innovators like you out there keepin us inspired. For real, if the shit hits the fan, I wanna be on team Rory. I really have no idea what I'm talking about... just enjoy learning from this channel... thanks for the content man

I love Sean’s sense of humour. I have Salish friends who delight in double meaning witticisms. When I see them standing there grinning from ear to ear, eyes twinkling, then I know I have missed the other half of the joke and they are waiting to see how long it takes me to tumble to. If I don’t get it in a minute or so they will let me off the hook with a hint that makes it even more hilarious. I look forward to more of such from you guys.

I really like some of these new camera angles. The suspension cam and the boom cam this time around. Also, I was wondering if the trail was really pinched on the other side when you ran up on the rock and then right away you explained it was good luck to run over the goonie bird's toes. I appreciate the effort to improve our viewing experience. 👍👍

I enjoy this channel a lot. Trail Mater is quite the beast of a machine and coupled with Rory with his knowledge and expertise in mechanical stuff is enjoyable to watch. Stunning landscapes as always, and I loved the Go Pro shot of the air shocks and rear diff in action. Really nice shock mount fabrication, looks very strong and well placed. What amazes me is that you consider doing that ( fixing the rock set up). Another one under the belt Rory, always a pleasure to watch you and Trail Mater in operation. I thought a few videos back, wouldn’t it help on some trails if some sort of anchor was bored into the rocks to enable winch operation, and here we have one of your own. 13:35 Acting like the standard-issue GM carburetor for those years. (The memories of those trucks are locked into the memory bank). Always a fun reliving of those memories through you and your tow machine. Thanks much! Update to above after watching your truck walk around video #3, appears now you might be using a MSD brand system to manage your engine. You mentioned a throttle body that I have not seen before. (Thought MSD was ignition / spark control only). Thanks for that video. (Who knows what has changed since 10-24-21). The added handy mobile items on this vehicle are very impressive. GMRS radios seem popular for off-road. CB used to be used, have not heard too many on those frequencies any longer. The HF operation of the GMRS can travel quite a line of sight distance. In my area, one radio repeater operator has large area of coverage. Plus emergency channel (19), monitoring and priority traffic recognition. Thanks again, the best to you and everyone.
