About to re-start training again after 7 months of travelling. Great advice to not chase heavy weights - all too easy to do.

Working out at home with minimal equipment leaves me without access to things like the leg press. Is there a good alternative to this?

If it's single leg sub exercises like a bulgarian or reverse lunge would be a great swap!
