I think when the toxic waste went in his eyes it altered multiple things in his physiology. His equilibrium has been enchanted, chemically he produces fewer amounts of lactic acid which enable him to get tired at a lower rate. Also his enhanced sense of touch gives him the ability to tap into his highest strength potential.

He also knows fantasy ninjutsu, iE faster healing and other things. Like in one issue he was lit on fire, suffering burns. He just meditated to speed up healing. He can also maximize his strength in small bursts, in another issue, flipped a limo onto its side. Brian Michael Bendis was the writer at the time

Time for me to dig into the nerd vault. There's one thing that doesn't get brought up alot about Daredevil, and that's his increased sense of physical proprioception; the easy way to describe it is that Matt Murdock's body is able to much more easily recognize what it's doing, and when he's doing it....in some versions, Matt himself doesn't know how to describe it. Why does this completely random f***ing thing even matter? Well, it allows him to correct his movements on the fly and optimally flow/fight even better than some heroes with real powers. It's why Daredevil is depicted as being able to do so many flips through the air so effortlessly, or how he literally teeters thousands of feet in the air and he's rock solid steady, or how even the most seasoned and technical fighters just can't tag him. Daredevil's abilities run *that deep*.

""He wouldnt be able to put on weight (in order to be explosive fast)" and "he would have to be light"". I see your point but just for semantics based in a TANGIBLE REALITY (I know there is a TV show and/or movie which I know nothing about nor want to know about) which is often tough to do speaking about artists renderings. I am a lifelong boxer, coach, & DD fan who has gone through some rough times and is thankful for works like "DD Yellow" and Miller's run to keep me emotionally and spiritually inspired and in the game. Matt is usually estimated to be about 6'00" to even 6'2" in a throw away Bendis line while weighing between 195 and 205ish at most times. For the record, I walk around and coach at between 205-230, and fight at 199lbs, ie Cruiserweight. My bf% never goes north of 12% or south of 7%. My point being anyone who sees me would classify me as "large" or "jacked". The same applies to Matt Murdoch. Not to take anything away from your video which was AWESOME, especially for an avid reader who has thought about these things and waa thrilled to get your explaination. The rest is, again, semantics I wanted to add because I guarantee the site of a red or yellow Lycra clad DD would be more than intimidating

Hi Paris, I watched some of your videos and tried out Tom Holland's training plan (it's great!). In case of Daredevil training, is it okay for days 1 and 2 to be next to each other or better to spread them over (for example monday - day 1, wednesday - day 2...)? In addition, can cardio sessions (boxing and swimming) be in separate days between workouts or is it better to do them in working out day? Not sure about regeneration. I am still quite new to working out. Thank You for your hard work on these videos! Sorry for my english ;), greetings from Poland!
