Bro, I remember I used to watch you back in the day and was like I can't believe you can ohp 275. Fast forward many years later and I trained shoulders hard so now I can do 270 for one rep. Ppl at the gym were in disbelief when they saw me do it. Little do they know I'm chasing the GOAT, T. beckham lol

Hurricane Hugues yeah no leg drive. What helped me the most was close grip benching, incline bench pressing and heavy dumbbell shoulder presses. But hell no I'm not as lean as him lol. Senpai wins

I'm 14 I bench 185, deadlift 310 and squat 208 but I focus on bodybuilding and my squats are lower because I find my legs grow faster at high intensity so I never really go heavy

Depends on how much you weigh more than age really I'm just turning 17 in kg bench 85 squat 140 but had to stop because of knee injury and deadlifted 185 but I weigh under 70kg like 152lbs

I just do full body, this is one workout I do- Bench Lat pulldown Rows Dips Pushdown Curls Squats Ab curls Back extension Next day I do cardio and come back and do something similar.

tecnoboy560 not only the pump but you also get everything done at once and don't have to hit the gym every day. 3-4 days are great each week.

the reason to do them is because you are creating your own imbalance,,, squats are quad dominant, dont get me wrong they engage your glutes and hams too, but probably not to the same extent, not to mention deadlifts, and squats are two different movement patterns... if your squat hits your back to an extreme degree you probably have way to much torso lean, making it almost like a hybrid squat/ good morning... its more about balancing out your own musculature.
