The easy runs are actually so hard to do girl!!! It took me forever but the HR will keep getting lower and lower :):) Obsessed with these videos for the marathon prep!!

Yay someone else who has a zone 2 up to 160, no one believes me when I say that. My heart just spikes as soon as I start working out and my max HR is super high (around 205-210).

i really enjoy spring and huma gels. keep at it, running will get a lot easier over time!

Try and get yourself a heart rate monitor Very handy and useful Garmin or Polar!🎉

Love this video, I’m currently training for a 10k race in April and I’m loving it. The past 4 weeks I only did easy runs to get back into it and starting this week I’m implementing speed and long runs 🔥

Did you say your heart rate is around 160? My heart rate for zone 2 ends at about 135 :O

I guess you would be in the green zone on Garmin. I thought the easy runs should be the blue zone, 60-70% max hr zone

Just watched your instagram story about trainers and the best advice I can give is to go for a gait analysis! I used to over probate with my left foot and tried so many trainers and it’s only when I went for an analysis and tried a range of brands and trainers that I found the right ones. Brookes are fantastic for support shoes 🫶🏼 sorry I was just desperate to try and get this message you you some way 😅 happy running!
