I discovered your channel a week ago and basically binge watched all your marathon content & you and your positive attitude have motivated to apply for a half marathon next year!!! I’ve run one 2 years ago and you basically put me back in my trainers for the past week and I didn’t realise how much I missed it! Thank you so much for sharing - especially the mindset of „think of your future self, she’ll be so grateful for you getting the session in or just simply that you laid out work our clothes in the evening for the morning run“. Thank you and so excited to see all the lead up to the NYC marathon ❤❤❤

100% I always tell people to plan you workouts! Your exercise shouldn’t be “if I have time” because you’ll never just conveniently have time. You have to make that the priority, then work around that for the rest of the events

OMG the music in your gym is so loud, that would drive me crazy!!! Anyway, loved the video, you're such an inspiration to me! I've actually completed my first half marathon 5 weeks before the actual race haha ❤

2 months ago I started watching your video and decided that I wanted to run a half marathon. My half marathon will be on the 18th of November, I can currently easily run 15k and I can’t even explain how excited I am! Thank you for being such an inspiration 🤩

I was feeling spicy yesterday so I added the glute session from this video to my week 6 day 1 of your half marathon training plan - feeling it today! 🫠 but that's how you know you put in work! I'm doing my first half marathon here on the Big Island Hawaii in November, nervous/excited. Thank you for inspiring me 🫶

my mum finished in the rain,she finished her run in 3hours 30mins & then we had to walk back to my house (in south shields) in the literal pouring down rain,then walk back to the finish line to get my son out of the car because they were stuck in traffic for 3 hours🥴 but boy it was worth it too see her cross that line,even though we were all soaked😅🥹🫶🏻

I did the GNR and I was on my last mile when it started throwing it down 😭I was soaked and couldnt see anything! My boyfriend, bless him, brought dry clothes for me but they also got soaked 😅 eventful day to say the least!!!

Hi I have one question if anyone can answer it. I follow I running plan that has 5 runs a week, but I want to go to the gym (specially uper body but also legs) also. Could I change the recovery runs for gym days??

If you’re in pain don’t run. But I just tell myself I may not be the fastest and maybe don’t go as far and just try enjoy it.
