I thought 🤔 when railroad crossing 🔔 bells and lights are flashing, motorist are supposed to 🛑 stop, no matter if the grade crossing has arms or no arms ..... Darwins at there finest!!! Can't make this stuff up!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂 Great 📽️ video.... Keep them coming!!!!
