This has been one of the single most useful videos I've found. Love this, thanks so much. Now I can actually rockout/ freestyle alone in my home while cleaning

9.8k views but this video helped me a ton, A TON. I love to dance and personally think hip hop is super cool, so this will definitely be part of my routine as a beginner.

At the moment we have had the whole world outraged by Raygun and that is the only reason I look at this video, to understand Hip Hop. We don't bounce when we dance, we naturally don't move that way, and to dance in a way that is not natural to you, can lead to injury and the world having a go at you. Our animals bounce, but we don't. I know bounce is one part of dance. But it made me realise, how we naturally dance that I did not realise before, but also help me to understand, hip hop, breakdance, street dancing. I have a unique dance style that is ancient as, I want to spend my life dancing how I was born to. But I will also work on my bounce, and hopefully as an injury prevention thing.

For me I think it’s more about finding a position you’re comfortable in and that you don’t have to think about. Definitely no right or wrong!

Without music and examples its a bit boring watch the video. Just saying it as a feedback.
