Driveway Workout
Warm up - 2 trips up the driveway
5 sets
25 push-ups
20 sit-ups
100lbs Sandbag up the driveway. (2 sets walking forward, 3 sets walking backwards)
5 burpees with 35lbs Dumbbells
Shoot 3 Arrows at 25-30 yards
1-2 minute break in between each set.
Simple
Effective
And Fun!
This is not an off the wall crazy workout.
It is meant to be simple, effective and fun.
You don’t have to think very much.
You don’t have to preform any elaborate exercises.
You can zone out into your own world.
Enjoy the fresh air.
