Exercises: 1. Leg raises 2. Bicycle crunches 3. Heel taps 4. Tuck ins 5. Flutter kicks 6. Plank 7. Russian twists 8. Plank 9. Side plank crunches (15 sec per side) 10. Spider plank 🥵

Tried this the first time… man it’s very challenging for someone like me with back issues. But will try again tmw. Must I did leave two of the exercises out as it’s likely to hurt my back. But overall it’s good .

Ты невероятная))) Случайно увидел твои короткие видео в Ютубе и был шокирован твоей силой и ловкостью))) Я когда сам был гимнастом, но до сих пор основы помню. И сейчас вдохновившись тобой я заново начал упорно тренироваться. Ты очень сильно мотивируешь ))) К сожалению не могу присоединиться к тренировкам в приложении, у нас в России с этим плохо(((( Либо у меня что-то не получилось

Why not 6-12 reps with proper weight? I dont get these bodyweight exercises. Whats the goal here?

Some people lack equipment, money, and/or time to use proper weight. Bodyweight can be used as a "right here, right now" kind of workout.
