Good advice. The situation with my right hand is I’ve got a thorn almost an inch long wedged all the way down to the bone. I pulled out what I thought was the total thorn but the other half stayed deep inside. It got very badly infected. I recently spent four days in the hospital. They had to cut my finger wide-open and drain the fluid and Feed Me. IV antibiotics. I am now at home. I have a 30 day oral antibiotic program regular hospital visits.. This will require physical therapy to regain mobility of the middle finger. The infection went into the tendons. I’m still not 100% in the clear. I have to keep everything clean so that I do not lose my finger. Thank you for asking. Keep me in your prayers.

I put the cord on my shoulders. So it goes where I go. From right to left so left hand can control as needed

I got a 1 inch splinter thorn that went through the top of my finger. I pulled it out, but the other half stayed in deep. It got badly infected, and I recently spent four days in the hospital. My middle finger on my right hand was cut open and drains put in. It’s pretty much a mess. I’m still on antibiotics for the next 30 days. I need to be very careful that I do not lose my finger. Thanks for noticing.
