Thanks for doing to review!!! Much appreciated…there is a rest timer built into the APP when the program is used along with a difficulty bar for regulating the challenge of training. There are warm ups…I agree on Day 3 proximity, with the Athletic Fitness plan we have those with planned days in between. Would love to get on a podcast for a deeper dive into training!

EXCELLENT video! I love especially that you explained the significance/importance of only six exercises as it relates to progress! I think bodybuilding where they’re prone to multiple exercises that hit similar muscle groups still influences newer lifters to erroneously believe that more is better. Great video again. Keep it up Jason!

I have some of his pre peak strength app programs and he definitely has warm ups and rest intervals in them.

So the rest intervals are built into the app. After you complete an exercise the app prescribes your rest period before moving on.

Love the review!! Esp. the logical advice you give. I’m happy you mentioned the day layout. What do you think about him putting plyos last on day one (instead of putting them first)?

I'd rather see them early on in the session (I think I mentioned that)

You should do John Welbourns Power athlete. Specifically his “field strong” in his train heroic app. Would love your thoughts on it. Been doing it a while now. Also love to see Dane getting credit where credit is due. I love how good Dane is at sport specific training. Still waiting for him to do a video for rock climbing though 😢

The GS rugby program (14 weeks) got my high hang power snatch up 25 pounds (220), bench up 30 pounds (415), low hang power clean up 20 pounds (315). At 44, it made me explosive enough to hurt myself. 😂 I agree it's a solid program especially for the developing, not over the hill athlete. Definitely better than the workout vomit I had in college.

@jasonbrowncoaching I took my daughter out to the gym last November, super good gym culture too. I hit a heavy triple back squat. The only thing I remember on the third rep was what felt like the entire gym screaming my name and my daughter hugging me like I was some kind of super hero. 😃

I'm guessing you mean how long would it take? Not sure, depends on you, your commitment, your nutrition, and a myriad of other factors. Most people can have a massive change in 24 weeks though.
