I run the Beggars Bush - Ciss - Chanc - Steyning Bowl circuit regularly - my times are measured by calendar rather than a stopwatch but it's great to be out there, rain or shine, snow, fog. Exquisite!

Nice run. I’ve just started a running vlog and this has inspired me to do more. Subbed!

Thanks for sharing your training run. Trail more inspiring than road. Good luck on your future races.

Absolutely stunning run. Thanks for sharing. I think I'd PR/PB in that scenery.

What a variety of terrain for one run! Looks like a great place to live. I'll be at Wendover to support.. despite not getting in as a volunteer due to so many applicants..what a great problem to have as race directors!

Tim Aldridge same thing happened to me and Richard with A100. No volunteer spaces left!

I so agree with you on litter. I ran the Beachy head last year. This bloke is running in front of me, and gels are falling from his belt. I speed up and tell him. His answer? "Don't worry. I have plenty of them"!!!

I also ran the beachy head Marathon, and was also disgusted By the amount of discarded gel wrappers, as you say no excuses
