He needs to practise takedown defence against someone in a higher weight division that has sambo/pressure wrestling, volk cannot train for Islam using BJJ specialists, sambo is top pressure control, he’s not gonna be able to stop Islam on top with any sort of training he just doesn’t have enough time, best thing to do would to practice takedown defence against bigger guys
