I think out of all the Golden Boys that are still kickin.. Robby has got the best grasp of how to train and maintain body muscle.. he chose the long game and the proof is in his timeless physique. The man is a National Treasure!

I have been weight training for 35 years and know a lot and never needed a trainer. But Robby Robinson, I would pay him to train me for months and months and months until I am able to tap into his knowledge. Him, Jay Cutler, Arnold or Lee Haney. Robby is patient, encouraging and very very knowledgeable. His body speaks for itself. True gentleman and class act.

@@SPASEINC I haven't been to Venice Beach in a while but over the years I have been to Golds Gym about 100-200 times. I would make the trip from Orange County to train, no doubt . The train with Robby Robinson would be the joy of a lifetime. I would keep my mouth shut, listen to him and follow his instructions.

Hi. I've been watching this series and it is wonderful. At 63, I have no words for how grateful I am. I'm still learning new things from Robbie. What I'd like to know is if you sip on liquid aminos during your workout, and if so, what brand (if you're allowed to share). I've found lots of powdered aminos but not any liquid aminos. BTW, I just sent this link to my 21-year-old son he can take in all of this amazing wisdom. Thanks again! Jose from Tampa, FL.

8:32 can someone explain to me why robby isn’t extending his arms all the way? do your arms not need to be extended for full stretch?
@SPASEINC18 күн бұрын
The reason for not fully extending his arms is because when you fully stretch your arms, you lose the tension in the biceps (you’re basically resting at the bottom of the rep). His approach is keeping a constant tension on the muscle, which increases the intensity of the workout. Hence, he never fully extends and keeps constant tension throughout the entire exercise. Go to 1-2 inches before full extension, then lift up to a full contraction of the biceps. Let me know how it goes 🙏

Spase can you tell what the warming-up routines where in the sessions with robby
@SPASEINC4 ай бұрын
There's no real warm-up. We always start with abs work, after which we start the workout. The first set might be 15 reps, to get the blood inside the muscle bellies and establish the muscle-mind connection. After that, it's on.
