In 1978 I got my 1st or 2nd copy of Muscle power...pre muscle and fitness...Robbie Robinson biceps was on the cover and it was incredible. He's still incredible!

If this video was done in 2012, then Robbie would have been 66 years old. That is amazing, considering Robbie suffers, intermittently from a form of sickle cell anemia. It takes an incredible amount of dedication to maintain that kind of physique, at his age. Go Robbie!

I've read more bicep training articles and watched more arm workout videos than I can remember over the years. Built myself some pretty respectable guns too and feel like I know what works best. I still watched this entire video and listened to every word Robbie Robinson had to say. Something about a grand master of arms and legend of bodybuilding that had me interested the entire time.

Ok, these guys are legends anyway and Ric will be surely missed, Robby is best ever. But back when I started this type of teaching from the ‘wisemen’ of the gym was there on tap, I so miss them days when I was in my mid teens and people would happily give up their time and advise just out of the the joy they got from teaching you.

Robbie is precise in his counting cadence. People have mentioned his “two of them” style of counting, but he says that every other number. 1...two of them...3...four of them...5...six of them...and on without fail. It doesn’t vary. I can imagine that this is how he’s been doing it in his head for over fifty years. It shows how dialed in and conscious he is of his method.
