Bailarina, Soy Chelo y llevo mucho tiempo haciendo tú rutina, da gusto entrenar asi, dejarte llevar me salgan los estiramientos tan largos como a ti (o mucho menos) pero todo es más fácil si estás aqui. Gracias por compartir tú magia y el ballet que vive en ti. Muchas, muchas gracias...

Excellent routine. I've been spending months doing different stretch exercises to increase my squats during leg sessions. The ballerina techniques are the best 👍

See a health professional first and foremost. There are many reasons why you have back pain and it doesn't necessarily mean it stems from your back. Please get assessed by a physio or professional to find the source first
