I enjoyed this, but consider it more of a mobility/stretch routine with some added strength moves. It is very low impact which is nice, and I liked her advice on form and breathiing.

Lovely! I‘m terrified about my training for a marathon. It‘s really hard… really scary… but this is a wonderful set to work with. Thanks for the calming way if showing some great stretches and exercises. That jump and creep back 😆 I really couldnt do it elegantly 😂
