Awesome workout! i've been getting into a lot barre style workouts lately to help with old injuries & improve my kicking mobility for Martial Arts. Has helped immnesely!

Hi I like your workouts but I have limited turnout ROM so those lying on my tummy is hard cos my hips can’t turnout enough to be comfortable flat on the floor. Could u make a modified workout for ppl like me?
