About Jacquelyn Umof (aka Action Jacquelyn):
Jacquelyn is an international yoga and fitness trainer, educator, speaker, and founder of her two online training programs - Get Stretchy, a yoga therapy stretching program, and the Stretchy Fit App, a yoga-fitness monthly membership app helping women gain flexibility, strength and confidence at home. She’s a former ballerina, NBA Laker Girl, ballroom dancer and celebrity fitness trainer. However, in her career she found herself suffering from crippling anxiety and panic attacks. This led her down a path to discover a natural solution to her suffering instead of medication. After one of her first yoga experiences, Jacquelyn found that when she became present in her body the anxiety went away. The anxiety couldn’t survive in the present moment. After this pivotal moment, she realized she had the least anxiety when she had the most mind-body connection. This has inspired Jacquelyn’s work after her transformative breakthrough experience. Jacquelyn is passionate about educating people on the importance of stretching and how it builds a better, stronger relationship with their body and mind.

I know I already commented that I have saved so many of your workouts and you are one of the best instructors! I suffer from chronic migraines and have been depressed lately. I also have neuropathy in my entire left arm. I’m hoping that when my new meds kick in, I can once again start doing your workouts! I’ve saved a lot of the yoga videos and will probably start with them. Thank you for sharing your wonderful videos on KZbin! Used to attend an all women’s gym but unfortunately it went out of business because of Covid! ❤️🙏

Finally a thigh intensive LB workout! My butt is fine - ish, but my thighs have always been my problem area. This I felt primarily in my thighs😃 🙏

Hi! Is this a strengthening workout? I want to do more resistance training to boost my metabolism and also get more LEAN muscle definition instead of bulky. I don't want to use too much dumbbells and all that so I wondered if I can use these types of workouts to get a more muscular, toned body and get rid of the skinny fat look?

Anytime I see these claims for exercises that won’t bulk up your legs I have to wonder. Anything I do that is active bulks up my legs. That is my genetics. I have thickly shaped muscles and that’s just how it is.
