I love Wigan North Western! It's just a good Station.

Wigan North Western is a great station for trainspotters like you! Especially with Wigan Wallgate nearby. You can catch a variety of trains here, from ex Thameslink Northern 319s with AWESOME motors to fast non stop services to Windermere! Just absolutely lovely

Completely agree on that! When the Class 319s get retired in favour of 323s will be sad (although the motors on the 323s are also really nice)

323s wont be running on the liverpool to blackpool line though which is a shame@@VexSG

Yes (also it's ex-thameslink not ex-great northern, great northern had 313s and 365s)
