I don’t get the 387 joke? Anyway I like the 37, 156, 158 and 170 and wish London had diesel trains but I like the 365 or whatever SouthEasterns ones are more than the 466 as it has a layout more like a 170. And the 700 and 707s are spacious when they’re empty. Long distance trains have the best seats as far as I can remember but 158s and 170s were better than the crap here in the London and Kent area. Unless you get the “first class” section then you get what should be a normal seat. Otherwise it’s school coach 3+2. Better than standing though.
