Trains in Tasmania

A collection of videos from the 80s and 90s (and possibly earlier) featuring tourist trains on the Tasmanian rail network. Rescued (just in time) from an old VHS tape.

a very long shot, do you have the original (larger) MKV that was uploaded as a torrent? (mentioned way back in 2013). because of i this video which was re-uped in 13 parts and the 25 fps is much smoother than this video which is authored as 18 fps.

Hi, I've still got a ~3.3GB MKV file that was used for the KZbin upload. From memory there was a ~4.5GB file, I don't seem to have that any more unfortunately. I can probably still get access to the DVD that the VHS tape was converted to, but I'm not 100% confident of that. Send me an email ([e-mail]) and we can figure something out.

I was a very young child when this tape was given to me, but from memory it was from our next-door neighbor, a guy named Ron (not sure of last name) who owned some trucks and I think drove them for a living. He was also into vintage machinery. That's all I know, sorry.
