Trains in the 1980s - Oxford Station - 1988

Great video thank you for uploading! I assume that it was mostly Class 47 from Paddington to Oxford or did the Class 56 also run that route in late 1988? I suppose Class 37 and 58 was mainly freight?

Class 56 was/is a freight loco too, did you mean to type Class 50? but yes regarding the Class 47s, them and Class 50s on the Oxford route. Class 37s could be seen on passenger trains but not really on that part of the Western Region in 1988. 😊👍
