Trane air cooled how to lock a circuit on air cooled trane or any trane with a 550 controller . Locking unit or circuit out for compressor or condenser fan motor repair, while still running other half. Lock a circuit out and still run the other. Chiller trane trane chiller adaptive controller rtac making a repair and need to lock or unlock a circuit

Hi can i ask what about low suction presure in trane unit.is it possible low suction transducer have problem.when i check in my manifold charge is good but when i check in navigator or monitor its only have 40psi .

Sounds bad to me, if there are 2 circuits then swap the sensors and see if the problem follows. Make sure to bind them in.

Use the suction line so oil goes back to the compressor on start up. If the chiller is running and making temp. Confirm leaving water temp. It’s it’s at set point then check if there is a shut automatic-valve at the air handler not open and not letting chilled water go across coil

That means it waiting for signal for you BAS “building Automation System” that’s what tells it to run or you can run it off local, that will run off temp not on off signal from BAS system.

the chiller is currently Inhibite from starting (and running ) but may be allowed to start if the Inhibiting or diagnostic condition is cleared

Hallo Sir, TRANE RTAC 400 chiller goes sometimes in 24 hours on low oil flow when reset chiller, oil pressure is normal (ok) sometime less oil pressure or sometime running chiller more than 24 hours it's goes again low oil flow so what should I guess to solve this problem...

Had the same issue> Theres a check valve in the compressor that sometimes sticks. Theres a service note out on it.
