An awesome video, add to it an ems system, which I’m looking for. If it happens to face one, please record a video.

Trane rtu runs for 3 minutes, compressors runs , then stops. Pressures are fine, Amps looks great for condenser fan motor and compressor. Did not run test. Any thoughts?

3 minimum is key. I'd say you got a safety cutting you out, look closely at the diagram, and find all safeties. Keep in mind that a safety could be opening or closing when it's not supposed to as well. seeing a diagram would help. Time delay safeties, low pressure or oil pressure, could be freeze stat or compressor temperature sensor. Is it on controls? You need to know and verify all safeties in the compressor circuit.

3 minute may be key

Thank you, I’ll try the safeties of the voyager II, no diagram available since the panel flew after the hurricane.

So when switch is open you should read 24 volts? And when switch closed should be zero
@EverythingHVACR9 ай бұрын
Correct. If reading voltage on a closed switch, it's like touching your leads to the same point, so you read no voltage.
