Tranexamic Acid for the Treatment of Heavy Menstrual Bleeding

I have fibroids, endometriosis, horribly heavy periods (I'll spare you the details) but my dr gave me Tranexamic Acid and it helps alot! It has reduced the heaviness so I can sleep at night and reduce embarrassing moments. I still have pain though.

I just got on it on my last period due to fibroids and it’s a life changing. I actually enjoyed my period no weakness , o low energy, positive attitude. I’m so thankful can’t wait to remove my fibroids . I’m currently transitioning to a plantbase lifestyle hopefully they don’t return

I was heaving bleeding then my blood level go very low I fall on ground then doctor gave me this I am 53 still periods

Go see GYN oncologist to check you properly. You need to get PelvicMRI to show fully also what's goin on and if you have other issues going on such as adenomyosis or fibroids hanging from ovaries or into uterine issues. a good GYN does full exam. Meantime try eat good & good multivitamin & try some why protein for strength. YOUR Doctor sounds like not doing much. They might suggest IUD or ablation or other such as hysterectomy. Total hysteredmay not be necessary get 2 - 3 opinions & consults before proceeding and ask questionsnwrite hem down in case you get nervous. Or have a sister or gray friend come in with you. They should allow after examining you, then you consultnwith your friend there! Don't just jump into a procedure. Also you must consider their overall experience before proceeding with any surgical procedure. look up Doctors reviews online or in your state to make sure you're proceeding safely & they have no record of disciplinary actions against them. good luck. Please try the whey protein for strength low sugar type has helped me gain strength. I was weak. You should also firstly run full bloodwork such as: CBC with differentials to see if something else is off & include a full thyroid bloodwork workup also.

I mean whey protein for some strength also & some iron pills & potassium separately and together with a meal a complete multi vitamin & mineral such as Centrum. And try get into some nice chamomile & herbal teas to help you when you are bleeding 🙏 but you must eat a healthy meal. Sounds like you may need help with a good general practitioner also! Find one.
