I transitioned back in 2009. I have been voting conservative since 1980. Just because I transitioned didn't mean I changed my political beliefs. Now, with that said, the most amount of hate that I have ever received because of being a trans woman has been from the LGBT community because of my political beliefs. I think its hard for believers to admit when they are wrong, let alone non-believers. Humility is in short demand nowadays. Sin simply put, is seperation from God. I agree there is a fine line between spreading the good news, and pushing people away from knowing Jesus. At the same time God knows each of our hearts, and calls upon us to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. As Christians we believe it is not loving to ignore those who reject God. In fact God asks us to "love your neighbor as yourself". Often just living out the fruits of the spirit has a profound effect on those around us. The hope of every follower of Jesus should be, that when anyone would look at us they would not see me or you, but the love of Christ manifested through us. A love that exists in every heart who has accepted what was freely given. In my younger years I despised those trying instill the word of God in me, but thier love outlasted my anger, pain, and depressive nihilism. Now I praise God that he did not give up on me. Know that he will not give up on you either dear reader. I urge you take a step towards the Lord, and he will meet you where you are. Come as you are for none among us can say we are without sin. It seems a harsh word, but remember God's standards are far beyond those of mankind. I promise if you seek out Jesus you will find him. God bless.

I'm an Israeli that lives in Tel Aviv. Lived here all my life. I'm a traditional jew, and I see so many kinds of people in here. Orthodox, Secular, Christian, Muslim, gays and straights. It's really wonderful to see so much variety in such a small place. Of course, I hope that everything will stay roughly as it is, and we won't be extreme in any way, but in the meantime, from the way I see it, culturally we're pretty good. The majority get the majority, which is what is needed.

Their website clearly states that they're not affiliated with President Trump. Also, he commented on Truth Social about not being involved with them and that he thinks some of their ideas are way out there (I can't recall the exact word he used, but he basically called some of their ideas absurd). The few RINOs who created Project 2025 in the Heritage Foundation used to work in President Trump's administration but were fired by him. Just been watching the British movie "Pride" from 2014 and it's a really beautiful energy. It's set in the 80s about a group of gay and lesbian activists joining forces with the miners who were striking. Because both groups were being fucked over. It shows a lot of tension and prejudice both ways but also this beautiful united front. Now there's so much more division being pushed from all angles and it's sad. We keep collectively letting them divide us and conquer us.

I myself, 56 yr old CA man who is gay, was a lifelong democrat voter who switched to Trump in 2015 because he was the only one against the absolutely nightmarish Trans Pacific Partnership ( TPP ) and furthering the US funding of ISIS. It amuses me that when I started being a punk with my very punk attitudes in the early 80s that made me an ultra liberal who voted Democrat. Now I'm in my mid fifties and I still have the same punk attitudes I had then: distrust of government, distrust of corporations, etc., but now I'm classified as a far right neo-(German National Socialist of the 1930s-1940s). All of which proves to me that I was absolutely correct to leave the Dems to be an independent during the Clinton administration. Also, it very much amuses me that, with very few changes in lyrics I can update the Dead Kennedys song "Moral Majority" to refer equally well, if not much more accurately, to the despotic direction taken by today's self-righteous Democrat progressives. Add the fact that Jello Biafra, former lead singer of DK, is still supporting the ultra liberals who are now being everything we hated then. That's disappointing, but I'm not really surprised.

They wanted no part of the government or proper society, they just wanted to be left alone to enjoy their lives as best as they could without government interference. Lesbian here. I honestly just want the entire two-party system done away with altogether. Instead of being able to choose the candidate with the best ideas from a varied group of contenders, all we ever get is column A versus column B, with no new ideas outside of party lines and knee-jerk standing for the exact opposite of what the other side stands for. It's divisive, it's stale, and it stunts our ability to truly progress as a collective country. I'd be happier to see people backing a real political shake-up centered around independent good ideas over people rooting for the opposite stale political party than you'd expect them to.
