I’ve seen a lot of women trying to downplay their menstrual cycles in order to stand in solidarity with trans women and I’m going to make two points. 1. A lot of women got our periods before we were even teenagers. Our childhoods were disrupted by a monthly biological function that we had no control over. That biological function for so many women has caused hell for decades that affect our quality of life. And on top of that most doctors overlook debilitating symptoms that women experience in regards to their menstrual cycles. They throw birth control at us instead of acknowledging that something may be wrong. So we’re not “gatekeeping” it, it’s literally something that sticks with us for the majority of our lives. 2. Even if we did want to “gatekeep” it, we are literally the PORTALS into this world. Everyone living and breathing came from a v*gina. You don’t downplay that. Not for anyone. Y’all can be allies and still have some self respect.

Hot take: trans women perform femininity from the male gaze, from what men think femininity is. Which is why they appear hyper feminine because born women exist in different levels of femininity but are still very much women and female.

I think what frustrates most of us women is that people who have not been a woman their entire life what being a woman is and what defines women hood. Absolutely 100% women born and socialized as female and a woman are the only people who can absolutely define what womanhood is. It sometimes feels like some trans women treat being a woman as something you can just put on and there is so much more to not than that. So much of biology AND society creates what womanhood is. Also, they don’t understand what it’s like to be a girl child. Life is different for women beginning at BIRTH.

We are mammals. There are only two sexes. A man can’t be a woman, and a woman can’t be a man. Sorry, not sorry. I think being “nice” and not drawing a line is the reason we are in this mess. Chrissie was right years ago. Personally, I’m done with preferred pronouns. I’m not going to deny what is instinctive and natural to me, in order to cater to misogynistic gaslighting from the trans community. If you give an inch to their movement, they’ll take a mile. I think trans women should be classified as a third gender too. Every week in the news I'm always hearing about sports or bathrooms and I don't know why people just can't make a third gender-neutral bathroom and a third gender neutral category for sports. Everyone needs their spaces and has the right to them so that should be the solution. BW burn the cape. Chrissie tried to tell us years ago and here we are whining and crying. Just like she told y'all about those biracials, overtly sexual representation, and black males. We always get on game when it's too late.

29:40 There is a great bw content creator that went over an international study that noted it's actually the obsessive behaviors of those experiencing gender dysphoria that causes those brain scan ambiguities. Essentially those who spend hours thinking, mimicking, and fantasizing about the traits of the opposite sex will start growing those pathways in the brain. It's the same concept as those who have stronger neural pathways because they can play an instrument or the differences noted in those with chronic depression. Spending hours upon hours doing anything will change the framework of the mind. It was REALLY eye-opening realizing what is really causing all this confusion...

You really hit the nail on the head about the makeup!! Women have been doing full drag Queen makeup for years and then looking down on you if you weren’t “baking” your face as well!! I would always wonder if they were going to a ball.

Black women need to continue to speak up. I think women of all races are starting to speak up, we need to voice our opinions and act accordingly. They are quietly trying to silence women.

37:42 Because black women, more than anyone in the black community, give out the most cookout invites. Black women celebrate anybody imitating them. See the Kardashians, see white women that act hood…bigging up y’all’s competition/replacements I enjoy Chrissie’s content from time to time. It’s nice to see things from another perspective. Your honesty is appreciated. I did notice, you spoke with a level of kindness/respect for these men imitating women than actual men.

This is really an interesting topic 😮. In England it's the white transgender women forcing themselves on the white woman in England black transgender women are not really represented here. I think BW in America really need to take a stand against the nonsense.

I bet those white women in England are not playing with them. We need to take notes from how biological white women deal with white trans women 😂

Femininity, and masculinity is an energy. Whether I’m feminine, or masculine I am an adult female, which is the textbook definition of “WOMAN!” In which I identify as such!

Yes, but our bodies are designed as a temple for our dominant energy and be able to express it in the physical. We are half of yin/yan ☯️. We have both energies ,but see how small our opposing energy is. The whole yin-yang represents Union and it’s the energy needed to bring forth life. We are designed to rest in one energy or our bodies would that(we’d all be intersex). As above so below…

We have to not let them shame us with that transphobia label. I am transphobic and I own it. I am sick of these people and have been saying this stuff for years. I'm glad REAL women are finally speaking up.

My reproductive cycle had me in a chock hold each month. I had fibriods, I had two surgeries to remove them and they still grow back. I had Mittelschmerz (ovulation pain) while on the pill. It was luck I was not sexualy active at the time as I could have got pregnant. I had painful heavy period. Now I'm in menopause a bugger me if I've just not bleeding and started on hot flushes, anxiety and feel exhausted on-stage other symptoms that I did not know about. Unlike your month menstrual cycle, menopause symptoms never end, it constant unless you can get HRT, which I fortunately have.

I would not refer to science in this area as the end all be all. The science in this area is so biased, political and problematic, that I wouldn’t trust it. Some studies say the complete opposite 🤷🏽‍♀️

Angelica Ross was on twitter telling BLACK WOMEN it was our fault straight men didn’t openly date them because of our transphobia. Said MANY Black men told "her", they cant claim them openly because if they broke up they'd have a hard rime finding a Black women to accept them after datung a trans. *You see the .mental gymnastics necessary tneeded to just accept these dues dont eant to claim you*? So a Black men who cant come to grips with the fact he's straight and a Black man who decied to transition sitting around blaming Black women for their plights. But "cis/sis", right?!
