Hi Hector, I read below you mentioning that a person can't migrate data from QB desktop to QBO? Is this correct? Reason I ask, our QB desktop is outdated and we would like to use QBO, but how in the world will we be able to migrate the old data from the desktop over to the online version? Its not meant for you to transfer selective data from Desktop to QBO. But there is a built-in tool to transfer the entire data file from Desktop to Online

It’s not designed to do that. It’s going to take you forever to do it, just not worth it.

You can... but it requieres QBO Advanced, it’s missing a few fields, and it’s a little glitchy. If you can make it work, then use it...
